I am LGBTQ+ and believe that all people deserve to be seen and heard as the unique beings they are. What makes us different is what makes us shine, and that is what the world needs.

I approach work with my clients through a lens of helping people trust their own wisdom, and dismantle unhelpful societal and oppressive messages that we all receive throughout our lives. I am white bodied and I lean into the discomfort and expansiveness of recovering from white conditioning. I welcome feedback along the journey as that is the way to grow.
